Biography

In the years since he first burst upon the club scene in 1989 with the now classic anthem "This Is Acid", 2004 Grammy Award Winner for Best Remix of the Year Maurice Joshua has earned an extremely high degree of respect from his comtemporaries. In fact, in grand scheme of house music, he is referred as one of the world's best DJ / Producers / Remixers as well as one of the original architects of the sound that now dominates dnace floors all over the world.

Maurice completed the trinity that helped to re-define what a remix was. Instead of just extending the length of the song, the song was completely rewaorked and reproduced and took a whole new form ready to take clubland by storm.

For Grammy Nominiated Maurice, timeless hits like these, have not only proved to everyone that he was way ahead of his time in producing massive tunes that would set the standards for today's dominating dance genres, but also allowed him to constantly expose to clubland his seamless and floor filling mixing skils, with numerous DJ performances throughout the world. He has been there and done that way before many DJ's have.
